My Journey with the Vowels - A Wairua Story

In 2019, I received a download. It came through as a sequence of vowels - AU, E, IO - sounds to move us from Te Ao Mārama, through Te Pō, and back into Te Kore. The pathway home to Source.
I felt whakamā to share it. I knew there was another sequence from the vowels being used in a different order, and I didn't want to be challenged on something I couldn't yet fully explain. Because the truth is. I didn't understand why I'd been given it. Not then. That understanding didn't come until a few years later.
This is how my journey with te ao wairua has always worked. I receive downloads, but not always the explanation. Just snippets. Pieces. For a long time I thought that meant I wasn't listening properly, that I was somehow falling short. But I've come to understand it differently now: I'm given what I need, when I need it, and if I stay on the right path, more comes. The dots connect themselves, in their own time.
What I now understand about AU E IO is this — when we are born, the vowels move in reverse: IO, E, AU. We arrive already knowing we are from Source. So this sequence that I was given isn't teaching us something new. It's a remembering. A frequency medicine that retraces our own soul's pathway back home.
Three cosminc sounds. Three spiritual hearts. Three states of consciousness.
AU — Manawaroa the heart of endurance, anchoring us in Te Ao Mārama.
E — Manawanui the heart of steadfastness, carrying us through Te Pō
IO — Manawaora the heart of life-breath, returning us to Te Kore
I'm ready now to share this wairua journey more openly - not because I have all the answers, but because I trust that what's been given to me is meant to be shared.
If any part of this resonates with you, or if you're walking a similar road of downloads and dot-connecting, I see you.
